Sierra Pen Making Instructions

Elegant profile, superb balance and smooth action make the Sierra Pen a favourite amongst pen turners.
It's a single twist pen - one turn of the barrel exposes the ballpoint tip. This pen is easy to make because of
its basic straight cuts on the lathe.

Finish: Platinum plating (thickness 20 microns) coated with epoxy for durability with Black Titanium trim

Type: Twist pen using Parker™ style ballpoint refill

Skill level: Easy

Recommended blank size: Minimum 16mm x 16mm x 60mm (uses only half a standard pen blank)
