Finish with increasing grades of sandpaper and buff with a rubbing compound to bring out the glossy shine.

Please Note: This acrylic has patches that will be translucent (i.e. the brass tube will show through the acrylic), so you might wish to paint the inner of your acrylic with a suitable colour before inserting the tube.
