Gearshift pens make the ideal gift for any car enthusiast. The mechanism can be shifted just like the real thing! The shifter mechanism controls the refill, when the shifter is in the front the refill advances and when the shifter is moved to the back the refill retracts. This pen is easy to make because of its basic straight cuts on the lathe and uses a Parker Style refill.
