Normal shipping
We do our best to ship most orders within 3 days of placing the order. Orders are sent via SA Postal Services airmail or the Speed Services Counter-to-counter service. For delivery addresses outside South Africa, orders are dispatched using international airmail.
Items on backorder
If items are not in stock at the time of ordering, the shopping cart will notify you that the item is currently unavailable, but will be placed on backorder. These items will usually be shipped within 21 days of placing the order.
Returns
If you are unsatisfied with any item that you have received, please contact us by email within 14 days of receiving the order. We will do our best to replace or refund the item according to the circumstances.
